DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMMATIC SALES
Brand for Influencer™ has built one of the largest PMPs in the industry by offering advertisers exclusive access to large format, behaviorally triggered ad executions on premium publisher sites (e.g. CNN, Time, Tronc, Gannett, NY Post, Bonnier, etc).
We are looking for a top-performing sales person to take ownership of specific agency accounts. Ideally you are someone who already has healthy relationships with brands, agencies, and agency trading desks.  
This is a remote position with frequent travel to our California office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals by:
  •  Developing a holistic understanding of the Brand for Influencer™ product offering and how its differentiation can best serve your clients' needs
  • Building relationships with multiple layers of decision makers in the programmatic buying cycle (in-house marketers, agencies, and trading desks)
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to qualified targets
  •  Working hand-in-hand with account managers to ensure accounts are being serviced properly and revenue is maximized
  •  Acting as liaison between the market and our internal team to ensure our product continues to evolve with buyers' needs

QUALIFICATIONS
  •  4+ years selling digital advertising related solutions to trading desks, agencies, and/or marketers (have references and contact list available)
  • Extensive experience in the programmatic industry with a track record of successfully impacting business growth
  • Motivated, tenacious, and resourceful: enjoys working independently
  •  Persuasive and compelling - able to communicate on behalf of Brand for Influencer™ in formal and informal settings
  •  Comfortable in a high-growth environment
SKILL SET
  •  Interpersonal: the confidence, positive attitude, etiquette, and collaborative nature needed to build personal relationships internally and externally
  • Presentation Acumen: exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to deliver winning, client-focused presentations
  • Operations: solid understanding of the various components that go into launching a programmatic ad campaign
